3 pin fan review

As you can see in the picture nice and smooth and these come in peach with light brown fins with 2 notch's on each fin for better airflow control. It may look like a normal fan but really this little thing is quite good for the money ranging from $10 - $20 as you see the price in not the best but for what this fan can do its worth every cent.

The box it comes in is nice and compact with a little windows showing part of your fan in a clean protective case with 4 fan screws,4 Vibration Compensators,3 -4 Pin Adaptor. On the back of the box you have your little bit of information on the fan about the SSO-Bearing and how they work with the fan and the best part of the information is the big white letters 6 years warranty (not many company's do this offer so this is a good thumbs up).On the back you get a book like part that you open with alot more information on them on how the notch's and the SSO-Bearing will help with your airflow and diagrams showing how the fan will be doing this, you get a diagram on how to fit the fan to your case and diagrams of the included connectors and how you can use them, with all this information send a lot of good point to the customer.

This fan will be fitted into my antec solo 2 as my front in-take fan directly plugged into my sysfan socket on my motherboard the ease of putting in in to my case was great i used the 4 Vibration Compensators pushed them into the screw holes the pushed the fan onto them with a little push and pull it was all done.Once it was all done and set i tuned the pc on and the sound compared with my out-take fan was the best i heard unless you put your ear by the fan you could not hear anything and it was on full 1300rpm with it being only 19.8db(A) this little fan by fare better than the 36.7db on my out-take fan on full speed.

This kept my system at a cool 27C on idle could be more if i replaced my out-take fan i have not tried it on full load yet but would say this will keep my system very cool and alot cooler with 2 of them in my case, with the over all specs and work this fan can do ill be keeping it till its on its last leg for sure and will for sure be replacing it with the same one if i can get one then or a good upgrade off it.The SSO-Bearing are keeping this very quite and smooth and the 2 notch's on each fin to direct the air flow better into your case or even onto your cpu heat-sink.

The over all performance of the Noctua NF-P12 i would say this is worth every penny for those gamer's or even server hoster's.

performance: 8/10
air-flow: 8/10
fitting: 7/10
noise: 9/10
service: 10/10 (with the 6 year warranty this takes a 10 in my book)

over-all: 9/10

being only my very first review i think this was a very good item and was great to review it.
